THE FOUNDATION

My work is grounded in a simple belief: lasting success is built through purpose, faith and precision, not excess.

 My name is Janiya Taylor. I am a Wife, Mother, Psychotherapist & CEO passionate about my family and purpose. My purpose includes providing Clinical Support to Women & Teen Girls. I did not build my career chasing trends or visibility. I sought God, Healthiness & Purpose.

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree: Sociology 
  •  Bachelor’s of Science Degree: Psychology 
  •  Master’s of Science Degree: Clinical Counseling
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Registered Play Therapist (RPT) for Children & Families
  • Certified Pre-admission Screening Clinician (CPSC) : conduct psych evaluations for the state of Virginia.
  • Virginia Court Liaison & Professional Psychology Representative that bridges the gap between the judicial system and mental health field.
  • Private Practice Owner & CEO supervising and overseeing the residency programs of Future Female Therapist that are Master’s Leveled Residents completing licensure through my state approved supervision program, P.I.N.K. University 
  • Clinical Consultant & Assessor for State Counseling Agencies and the First Psych Emergency Department in the state of Virginia (1 of 5 in the United States)

THE SHIFT

As my career evolved, I recognized a growing disconnect in the mental health industry; a disconnect between mind and body. I recognized that wellness, gender constructs and cultural dynamics were not considered in women's mental health.  Women were taught to chase and not live a life of purpose, clarity and feminity.

I chose a different path.

Janiya stepped away from hustle-driven models and began shaping an approach rooted in purpose, faith, depth, restraint, and long-term credibility. This shift transformed every facet of her life. Her reputation grew quietly. Through purpose. Through results.  Through trust. Through refinement.

THE WORK TODAY

Today, Janiya's works with Women, Teen Girls &  Celebrity Women.  Janiya's Clients  are already accomplished—but ready for  alignment. 

Her role is not to overhaul, fix, or reinvent Women & Teen Girls. It is to sharpen. To clarify. To elevate what already exists so that career, purpose, leadership, relationships, and direction feel composed and intentional.

Janiya's work supports a more grounded way of building—one where confidence replaces urgency, clarity replaces complexity, and presence becomes effortless.

This is not about becoming someone new.
